1. Services Provided
Alarmatech Ltd provides installation and configuration of smart security systems including but not limited to alarms, CCTV, fire and flood protection equipment. All services are subject to availability and a formal quotation or agreement.
2. Quotes & Payments
- Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Payment is requested upon completion of the installation, once you are fully satisfied with the work.
- Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of system support or warranty services until the balance is settled.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled installation.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out or rescheduling fee.
4. Warranty
All installed equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. We also provide a workmanship guarantee for the installation service for a minimum of 12 months.
5. Liability
Alarmatech Ltd is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs despite a functioning system. We provide security solutions to reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete prevention of incidents.
6. Use of Website
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. Reproduction or misuse of any content or branding without written permission is prohibited.
7. Privacy
Any personal data submitted via the website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.
