🔧 How long does installation take?
Most domestic installations are completed within a day. Larger or more complex setups may take longer — we'll give you a clear timeframe during your quote.

📲 Can I control my system from my phone?
Yes. All our systems are fully app-controlled, giving you access to your security from anywhere.
📶 Do I need Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi (or 4G backup in some cases) is required to connect your system to the app and monitoring services.
🔁 Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
We offer optional annual service plans which include health checks, battery replacement, and app updates. We’ll explain these at the time of your installation.
